Venue The conference will be held on campus at Macquarie University. In a car or taxi, it is approximately 30 minutes from the CBD outside of peak hour, but Sydney traffic can complicate the journey. Public transportThe University is serviced by public transport links from the city (approximately 40 minutes) and surrounding suburbs. Currently this consists of buses, however a new railway station is scheduled to open in July 2008 with services from Epping and Chatswood railways stations (For more information about the project refer to the TIDC site). The University is also within walking distance of the Macquarie Centre (shopping centre). ParkingMacquarie University operates a Restricted Parking Area Scheme (paid parking). Vehicles may only be parked in car parks and within marked bays. Tickets must be purchased from ticket dispensing machines near the two main entrances and other identified car parks within the campus.
